At Abhaah, we take pride in delivering high-quality fashion jewelry. Since our products are delicate and personal in nature, we have a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure transparency and trust.

📦 Unboxing Video – Mandatory

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, an unboxing video is compulsory.

Guidelines for the video:

  • The video must be recorded from the moment you open the sealed package

  • It should clearly show:

    • Outer packaging condition

    • Shipping label

    • Product inside the package

  • The video must be continuous (no cuts or edits)

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted

🔁 Return / Replacement Eligibility

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn jewelry

  • Items without original packaging

  • Minor color differences due to lighting/screens

  • Slight design variations (handcrafted nature)

💸 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and the item is received & inspected:

    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued via:

    • Original payment method OR

    • Store credit (based on case)

Shipping charges are non-refundable

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • If eligible, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days

  • If the product is out of stock:

    • You may choose a refund or store credit

🚚 Return Shipping

  • In case of defective/wrong product:

    • Return shipping will be covered by Abhaah

  • In other approved cases:

    • Customer may bear return shipping costs
